INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & EXPORT POLICY

Effective Date: 21/09/2026

1. International Sales

SSAGRIZEN may offer selected products to selected international markets.

International availability does not mean that every product is approved for import into every country.

2. Import Requirements

Customers/importers are responsible for complying with destination-country requirements applicable to the imported product.

These may include:

  • Import licences;
  • Food registrations;
  • Product approvals;
  • Customs declarations;
  • Labelling requirements;
  • Health certificates;
  • Certificates of origin;
  • Testing requirements;
  • Other regulatory documentation.

3. Customs and Duties

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, destination-country customs duties, taxes, import fees and clearance charges are the responsibility of the importer/customer.

4. Product Restrictions

Some products may be unavailable for international shipment because of:

  • Destination-country law;
  • Customs restrictions;
  • Food regulations;
  • Transportation restrictions;
  • Product-specific requirements.

5. Documentation

SSAGRIZEN may provide commercially appropriate export documentation where applicable, subject to the terms of the transaction.

6. Customs Delays

Customs inspections or regulatory delays may extend delivery times.

7. Rejection by Customs

If a shipment is refused because the importer has not complied with destination-country requirements, SSAGRIZEN will assess the consequences and refund eligibility based on the circumstances and applicable contractual terms.

8. Currency

International orders may be displayed or charged in INR or another supported currency.

Exchange-rate differences may occur between order placement, payment processing and refund.
