The website ssagrizen.com and related SSAGRIZEN digital properties are operated or controlled by Sri Surya Agrizen Industries Private Limited.

3. Eligibility

You may use the website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under applicable law.

If you place an order on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, quantities, prices and other information are accurate.

Actual product appearance may vary slightly from photographs because of packaging changes, screen settings, manufacturing batches or natural variations in agricultural products.

5. Natural Product Variation

Certain SSAGRIZEN products may be agricultural, natural or minimally processed products.

Variations in colour, aroma, texture, size, taste and appearance may occur between batches.

Such natural variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

6. Prices

Prices displayed on the website may include or exclude applicable taxes as specifically indicated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order will normally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors or applicable circumstances.

  • Cash on Delivery, where specifically offered.
• Payment Gateway: Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers.
• Successful Payment: An order will generally be processed after payment confirmation and order verification.
• Failed Payment: If a payment fails, customers should check their bank/payment provider before attempting another transaction.
• Amount Debited but Order Not Confirmed:
• If money has been debited but the order is not confirmed, customers should contact SSAGRIZEN with:
  • Transaction reference;
  • Date/time;
  • Amount;
  • Registered mobile number;
  • Payment method.

SSAGRIZEN will coordinate with the relevant payment provider where necessary.

• Duplicate Payment: If the same order is accidentally paid twice, the customer should notify SSAGRIZEN. After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded through the applicable payment channel.
• Fraud Prevention: SSAGRIZEN may hold, reject or cancel transactions where there are reasonable indicators of fraud, misuse, unauthorized activity or other security concerns.
• Taxes: Applicable GST or other taxes will be charged as required. GST details may appear on applicable invoices.
• Invoice: Customers should retain the invoice/order confirmation for future returns, refunds, warranty/quality claims or customer-support requests.

10. Delivery

• General: SSAGRIZEN ships eligible products to serviceable locations in India and, where specifically enabled, to selected international destinations. Delivery availability depends on product type, destination, courier availability, regulatory restrictions and other operational factors.
• Order Processing: Orders are normally processed after successful payment confirmation, subject to product availability and verification. Processing times may vary by product and destination.
• Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery dates shown during checkout are indicative unless specifically identified as guaranteed delivery. Delivery may take longer because of:
  • Remote locations, Weather, Transportation disruptions, Festivals and holidays, High order volumes, Customs procedures, Incorrect addresses, Customer unavailability, Regulatory inspections.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before order confirmation. SSAGRIZEN may provide free-shipping promotions subject to applicable promotional terms.
• Delivery Address: Customers must provide an accurate and complete address. Customers should verify: Name, House/building number, Street/locality, City, State, Postal code, Mobile number.
• Delivery Attempts: Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts according to their operating procedures. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability or refusal, additional delivery charges or other consequences may apply where permitted.
• Damaged Package: Customers should inspect the package upon delivery.If the package appears severely damaged, tampered with or leaking, customers should document the condition with photographs/videos and contact SSAGRIZEN as soon as reasonably possible.
• Wrong or Missing Product: Customers should report wrong, missing or materially damaged products within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy. Supporting photographs, videos, order information and packaging details may be requested.
• Food Products: For food products, customers should follow storage instructions provided on the product packaging. Customers should not consume products where the packaging is visibly compromised or where the product appears unsafe.
• Customs Delays: SSAGRIZEN is not responsible for delays caused by destination-country customs authorities or regulatory agencies

11. Returns and Refunds

• General: SSAGRIZEN aims to provide customers with genuine, properly packaged and quality products. Returns and refunds are subject to product type, condition, reason for return and applicable law.
• Eligible Return Situations: A return/replacement/refund may be considered where:
  • The wrong product was delivered;
  • The product is materially damaged during delivery;
  • The package is leaking or materially compromised;
  • An item is missing from the order;
  • The product delivered is materially different from the product ordered;
  • A verified quality issue exists;
  • The product is expired or otherwise unsuitable due to an issue attributable to SSAGRIZEN.
• Food and Consumable Products: For food, edible oils, dry fruits, seeds, spices, millets and other consumable products, returns may be restricted after delivery or opening for safety and hygiene reasons. Where a customer reports a defect, SSAGRIZEN may investigate the complaint and may request photographs, videos, batch information, packaging and other evidence.
• Beauty and Hygiene Products: Beauty or hygiene-sensitive products may be non-returnable once opened or used, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise eligible under applicable law.
• Verification: SSAGRIZEN may verify: Order number; Product; Batch/lot number; Photographs; Video; Packaging; Delivery condition; Nature of complaint. A refund or replacement may be processed after reasonable verification.

12. Subscription Terms

• Subscription: Where SSAGRIZEN offers recurring purchases, customers may subscribe to eligible products for recurring delivery.
• Subscription Price: The applicable price will be displayed at the time of subscription. SSAGRIZEN may change subscription prices after providing appropriate notice where required.
• Recurring Orders: Depending on the subscription model, recurring orders may be generated automatically or confirmed by the customer.
• Cancellation: Customers may cancel subscriptions through the available website/account mechanism or by contacting SSAGRIZEN. Cancellation may apply from the next eligible billing cycle.
• Skipping Deliveries: Where supported, customers may skip eligible future deliveries.
• Failed Payments: If recurring payment fails, SSAGRIZEN may suspend or cancel the subscription after appropriate communication.
• Product Availability: If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, SSAGRIZEN may contact the customer regarding replacement, postponement or cancellation.
• Replacement: Where appropriate and available, SSAGRIZEN may offer replacement instead of refund.
• Return Shipping: Where the issue is attributable to SSAGRIZEN, reasonable return shipping arrangements may be provided. Where a return is requested for a customer-related reason and is otherwise permitted, applicable return shipping charges may apply.
• Non-Returnable Situations: Subject to applicable law, returns may not be accepted for:
  • Products used or consumed;
  • Products damaged after delivery through customer handling;
  • Products stored contrary to label instructions;
  • Products returned without required information;
  • Products purchased through unauthorized channels;
  • Products where the reported issue cannot reasonably be verified.
• Refund Exclusions: Refunds may be denied where a customer provides materially false information or attempts fraudulent return/refund activity. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Food, consumable and hygiene-sensitive products may be subject to specific return restrictions.

13. Cancellation

• Customer Cancellation: Customers may request cancellation before an order enters processing or dispatch. Cancellation requests can be sent to ssagrizen@gmail.com with the order number and registered mobile number.
• Orders Already Processed: Once an order has been packed, processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return/refusal procedure.
• Cancellation by SSAGRIZEN:
• SSAGRIZEN may cancel an order because of:
  • Product unavailability;
  • Pricing/listing error;
  • Payment failure;
  • Suspected fraud;
  • Delivery restrictions;
  • Regulatory restrictions;
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information;
  • Other legitimate operational or legal reasons.
• Refund Following Cancellation: Where a prepaid order is cancelled and a refund is due, the refund will be processed according to the applicable refund process.
• Promotional Orders: Orders placed using promotional offers may be subject to additional cancellation/refund conditions.

14. Promotional Offers:

Promotional offers are subject to the terms displayed with the specific promotion.

• Coupon Validity: Each coupon may have:
  • Start date;
  • Expiry date;
  • Minimum purchase;
  • Maximum discount;
  • Product exclusions;
  • Customer eligibility.
• Coupon Misuse: SSAGRIZEN may cancel or refuse promotional benefits where there is evidence of misuse, fraud or violation of promotion terms.
• Combination: Unless expressly stated, promotional coupons may not be combined with other promotional offers.
• Refunds: Where an order using a coupon is refunded, the value of the promotional benefit may not be separately refundable.

15. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide:

• Correct email where required;
• Complete shipping address;
• Correct postal code;
• Any other information reasonably required to fulfil an order.

SSAGRIZEN is not responsible for delivery problems caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

• Scrape or copy website content without permission;
• Use the website for unlawful purposes;
• Commit payment or identity fraud;

SSAGRIZEN does not represent that food products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease unless expressly permitted and stated in accordance with applicable law.

20. Force Majeure

SSAGRIZEN will not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruption, war, civil disturbance, infrastructure failures or other force majeure events.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SSAGRIZEN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use or product transactions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to indemnify SSAGRIZEN against claims arising from unlawful use of the website, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights caused by the customer.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory jurisdictional requirements, disputes shall be subject to the appropriate courts/authorities having jurisdiction over the company's registered office at Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh.
